The Gateway to Educational Materials - This is a good site to search for lesson plans, curriculum units and other resources.

CIESE (Center for Improving Engineering and Science Education Projects) - Collaborative and Real Time Data projects.

ePALS - Leading provider of student safe e-mail; good site for finding international pen pals

Explorasource - Find cross-referenced instructional resource materials and educational standards that meet the needs of your students or children. This includes books, software, videos and websites.

PBS Teacher Source - has over 3,500 lesson plans for teachers.

EconEdLink - Lessons for all grade level on economics

BigChalk - The Education Network - a Collection of links and lesson plans for all subjects and grade levels - also a good site for students with homework questions.

QUIA - This site contains ready made flash cards and quizzes for students. It is a site that teachers can use to create online practice activities such as "Hangman" and "Concentration". This site used to be free, however, there is an annual fee to create the online activities.

The New York Times Learning Network - Terrific site for working with current events.

LessonPlansPage.com - This site has lots of lessons and other links for teachers.

ILLUMINATIONS - Based on the National Council for Teaching Mathematics, this site provides internet-based lesson plans, interactive mathlets and other interactive math activities.

The Learning Page from the Library of Congress - You will find lessons and activities for over 7 million documents, photographs, etc from over 100 collections in the Library of Congress
